Privacy
What this website collects — and what it doesn’t.
This page describes what this website does. The full privacy notice covering our clinical practice — what we record in a session, how long we keep it, and your rights over it — is being finalised with our practitioners and will be published here before launch.
What this website collects
No analytics, and no advertising. We do not measure you, profile you, or share anything about your visit. Our fonts are served from our own server rather than a font network.
Two scripts that make the site work — the search box and the newsletter form — are delivered by jsDelivr, a public code network, which therefore sees the address of the device asking for them. They set no cookie unless you use them.
If you sign up to the newsletter
We store the email address you give us, and nothing else. We email you a link to confirm it is really you — that link sets a cookie so we recognise you. You can leave from the bottom of any email we send, and that removes your address.
When you book
Booking runs on Calendly, a third party. The calendar only loads when you choose to load it on our booking page — never before, and never on any other page. Once you load it, Calendly sets its own cookies and handles the details you give it under its own privacy policy. If you would rather not, you can email or call us instead.
Where the site runs
Our website is hosted in Europe by Abstract27 Ltd on our behalf.
Asking us
You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Mention it on your discovery chat and we will point you to the right person.
